Shipping
All items will be shipped from our Brooklyn, NY facility via USPS Priority Mail.

Returns
If the item has a manufacturing defect, please return it to us for a full refund or a replacement.

Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund.  Items with a value of $75 or more must be returned using a trackable shipping method.

Not an Office products purchased from other retailers follow the return policy of that retailer. Buyer pays all shipping costs (including outbound costs associated with any promotions).
